Application

These questions must be answered and sent to T's Labrador/Labmaraner with your deposit.

1). Are you wanting a male or female?

2) Is the pup a pet or are you planning on breeding?

3) What color are you looking for?

4) Explain in detail what the pups home life will be like.

For example:

Will there be kids or other animals in the home?

Is there a running area?

Will it be kennel trained or is there no kennel?

5) Why do you think you should get a pup?

6) What is your intent for the pup?

(i.e. for hunting, as a pet, or for therapy, etc.)

7) Have you had dogs before?

8) Have you had a Labrador or Labmaraner before?

9) What’s your housing like?

(i.e. apt, house in town or county, duplex, etc.)

10) Do you have any allergies?

11) Who in the household will be taking care of the pup?

12) Will the pup be left alone? For how long at a time?

13) Please list 2 references with their contact information.

14) What are the ages of the person/persons caring for the pup?

15) Last one and it’s only for the puppies sake.

If I am unable to care for, or decide I can’t or no longer want the pup, I will find him/her a good new home or bring him/her back to T’s Labrador/Labmaraner, who will take him/her back no questions asked.

I refuse to let them go to the pound.

Do you agree or disagree?

Please write your answers to these questions in the message box, fill out the other information sections, and then press submit.

Bringing Puppy Home!

By state law

you can pick up your puppy once they turn 7-weeks old.

You can drive to us and pick him or her up.

Or, you can hire a service to deliver him or her to your door, but I will not ship these precious puppies on a plane.

I personally trust Karen Bowers' pet transport service.

There are several things to have ready ahead of time:

bed

crate

collar

leash

food & water bowls

toys

safe things to chew

blankets

gate(s)

Puppy Chow:

Ask us what we're feeding them and have that on hand. If you want to change their food, do so gradually to protect their sensitive stomachs.

Vet:

You'll also want to have selected a vet near you and an appointment for them to meet your new pup soon after you get home.

Identification:

Once you have selected a name you will want to get a tag or personalized collar for your dog with his/her name and your phone number(s) on it. There needs to be an easy, reliable way for people to contact you and reunite you in case you ever get separated from your dog.
